Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for leading the Islamic wing by formulating and implementing strategies related to overall financial & business management in line with assuring its full integration with other activities of the organization
∎ Responsible for achieving all business goals of Islamic financing
∎ Responsible to create insights and systems/ process for market opportunity analysis and product/business strategy
∎ Prepare the market assessment, target group segmentation and analysis for new projects
∎ Implement marketing strategy and execution of the plan for new products to achieve business target
∎ Leading the Islamic portfolio by maintaining finance & accounts for Islamic wing
∎ Developing, maintaining and strengthening relationships with dierent FIs (Islamic banks, Commercial banks, NBFIs) as well as all relevant domestic and foreign organizations
∎ Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed as per internal policy and regulatory framework.
∎ Responsible for leading and developing team and succession pipeline and engage high performers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of experiences in Bank/NBFI and at least 5 years of experience in leadership role for Islamic banking/financing in Bank/NBFI
