Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant should be a digitally savvy, creative, dynamic, and resourceful Business Development Manager to join the team.
∎ Potential candidates have to be able to plan & execute the expansion of the diagnostics services throughout the country.
∎ Make a plan & execute to bring a minimum of 2000 blood, Urine & other samples per day.
∎ Develop a marketing plan to establish a strong brand presence in the market.
∎ Monitoring market trends regularly and developing a marketing plan & execute those based on that.
∎ Have a solid understanding of customer needs and market drivers in the healthcare industry.
∎ Improvise customer engagement strategies & plan on event activation to increase the brand image to generate and manage efficient and effective sales strategies;
∎ Ensure one-stop service from each member of the team in coordination with internal stakeholders;
∎ Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and reports to determine business growth
∎ Maximize the market share, revenue, and profitability by formulating marketing strategies and action plans while competing with other bigger market players.
∎ Develop and execute product positioning, transporting, and pricing strategies to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
∎ Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness take corrective measures and follow up accordingly.
∎ Must have the ability and a strong willingness to take on challenges and fulfill sales & revenue targets.
∎ Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and management of sales staff.
∎ Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
∎ Make presentations to customers/ prospective clients/ corporates on the company's varied products, services, and overall capabilities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 10-15 years in B2B/ B2C/ Corporate sales within the healthcare sector especially Hospitals, Diagnostic Centers/ Clinic, and Pharmaceuticals, with a proven track record of meeting aggressive sales goals
∎ Strong business analytical skills, relationship management, and collaboration skills
∎ Strong presentation and deal-closing skills
∎ Knowledge of and expertise in healthcare contracting models for managed care, risk contracting, and fee-for-service and understanding of current overall trends in the business sector
∎ Experience in building a new product or segment from the ground-up highly preferred
∎ Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Must have over 10 years of experience in the Health Care Sector.
