Experience:

• MBA/Master’s/Graduation degree in any discipline

• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Brand and Communications, including 5 years as Head

• Should have a wide degree of creativity.

• Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships.

• Knowledge and practice with MS office, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Graphics, CAD etc. 

• Age not exceeding 40 years (Age relaxation may be given to deserving candidates).

• Enhance brand perception through vigorous brand presence and increase visibility.
•  Prepare press release of different activities of the Bank.
• Assist to design Annual report, Calendar, greeting cards, Press Ad design etc.
• High negotiation skills to work with the vendors for procurement process associated with branding works, purchasing the promotional gift items, press advertisement publications and others
• Plan, prepare and ensure timely publication of all electronic & print advertisements on a regular basis.
• Monitor the repair, maintenance the branding works of Branch & Corporate Head Office and keeping contact, follow up them regularly
• Keep in touch with branches and solve the branding problems, delivery of products and other & taking acknowledgment feedback against successfully completion of the work
• Manage all PR & Branding activities and ensure presence in all communicative mediums through effective and appropriate measures.
