Job Context:
∎ NRB Bank Limited one of the 4th generation commercial banks in the country aims to be the preferred provider of targeted financial services as a conduit for investment to and from Bangladesh for Bangladeshi communities both domestically and internationally, to accelerate the industrialization of Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for few experienced banker for its existing and upcoming Branches in the following areas to reinforce in achieving bank’s aims:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Branch portfolio and achieve business target
∎ Maintain close liaison and coordination with all stakeholders
∎ Set and implement strategic priorities for branch
∎ Comply with process, policy and regulatory requirements
∎ Responsible as people manager for branch

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Ability to take challenge, achieve target and give all effort for ensuring excellence in Banking.
∎ Must be highly committed to customer service, marketing and business development;
∎ Sound knowledge about General Banking/ Credit/Foreign Exchange/ Business Operations/ Risk Management and Credit Administration.
∎ Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Partnership Act, Bangladesh Artha Rin Adalat, Negotiable Instrument Act, Regulatory Guidelines, Laws and acts, etc.
∎ Must have potentials to build & maintain high level of customer relations along with excellent problem solving skills.
