Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA or M. Com in Accounting, Finance & Banking from any reputed University having Fully Qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Leasing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing accounts and tax returns
∎ Monitoring spending and budgets
∎ Auditing and analyzing financial performance
∎ Financial forecasting and risk analysis
∎ Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits
∎ Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
∎ Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
∎ Keeping account books and systems up to date
∎ Establish budgetary control for running the business in a smooth and cost effective manner
∎ Variance analysis of the revenue budget and point out where significant deviations observed
∎ Monthly Analysis of Accounts Receivables, Ledger and preparing report
∎ Prepare various MIS report for critical and strategic business decisions
∎ Assist internal and external auditors for ensuring smooth operation
∎ Bank reconciliation for all banks
∎ Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements like Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Cash Flow etc
∎ Any other tasks as may be assigned by the Management of the Company

Salary: Negotiable
