• Minimum of 7 years of experience in knitting planning or a similar role within the textile industry.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of knitting processes, fabric types, and quality standards.

• Ensure fabrics delivery according to the TNA (Time and Action) plan.

• Maximize utilization of capacity resources.

• Receive and review rolling forecasts (3 months) every 14 days.

• Conduct capacity analysis every 15 days.

• Assess total fabric requirements as a group and develop outsourcing plans.

• Perform central analysis of booked fabric, compare capacity versus load, and create outsourcing plans. Regularly notify critical process bottlenecks or overloads to machines and merchandising to prevent potential issues.

• Conduct weekly fabric review meetings.

• Monitor knitting, dyeing, and delivery overdue statuses.

• Maintain integration between yarn, knitting, dyeing, and merchandising, addressing gaps through TNA exception meetings and CP (Central Planning) meetings.

• Create TNA awareness by generating weekly hit rates, circulating them, and discussing with concerned parties to reduce TNA erosion.
