Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Candidates with qualifications in Aviation Management, Tourism & Hospitality or a related discipline will be given preference.
Experience with an international airline or General Sales Agent (GSA) will be considered an advantage

Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced airport environment.
Willingness to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Good computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
Experience using airline Departure Control Systems (DCS) such as Amadeus Altea, Sabre, SITA, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
Sound knowledge of airline passenger handling procedures and airport operations will be preferred.
Job Summary:
We are seeking qualified, motivated, and customer-oriented professionals to join our Airport Passenger Services team supporting the operations of a renowned international passenger airline at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (DAC), Dhaka. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional passenger service while ensuring compliance with airline procedures, airport regulations, and internationally recognized safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide courteous, professional, and efficient passenger service in accordance with airline standards and procedures.
Perform passenger check-in, boarding gate, arrival, transfer, and baggage service activities.
Verify travel documents, passports, visas, and other travel requirements before passenger acceptance.
Assist passengers with baggage acceptance, excess baggage, special service requests, and travel-related inquiries.
Provide assistance to VIP passengers, Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM), Unaccompanied Minors (UM), and other special categories of passengers.
Handle flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, and other irregular operations while maintaining excellent customer service.
Coordinate effectively with airport authorities, ground handling agents, immigration, customs, security, and other operational stakeholders.
Ensure full compliance with airline policies, airport regulations, safety, security, and quality standards.
Prepare and maintain flight documentation, operational reports, and passenger handling records.
Respond to passenger complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive travel experience.
Perform any other operational duties assigned by the airline or company management.
