Job Context :

Voyager Aviation Services Limited and obtained Operational Service Provider License (OSPL-5) from Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh. Voyager with its trained and experienced staff in Dhaka, Sylhet and Chittagong provides flight permission support, warehouse related support, Ramp activities, pre and post flight documentation activities, and all the support service during flight on ground. Voyager have been the partners for Emirates, Etihad Airways, Sri Lankan Airlines, Air France, Martin Air, Mihin Lanka, China Sothern Airlines, Lufthansa, Aerologic, Silkway west Airlines, Sky Gates Airlines, Fits Air, Transmile Air Services, K-mile Air, Empost, World Airways, ACT Airlines etc.

We are seeking a highly responsible, proactive, and trustworthy individual to join our airport operations team who will play a key role in handling crew, aircraft and cargo security, cargo escorting, flight coordination, and liaising with regulatory bodies such as Biman and CAAB.

Job Responsibility :

Meet and assist arriving and departing crew at the aircraft and terminal.

Ensure timely communication and coordination related with flight crew for smooth turnaround.

Handle crew transportation when required.

Supervise aircraft during turnaround to ensure no unauthorized access occurs.

Escort cargo from cargo warehouse to aircraft ensuring proper documentation and secure handling.

Attend flights, monitor and assist loading/unloading to aircraft when required.

Collect invoices and bills from concerned department of Biman, CAAB, and other relevant authorities.

Submit and follow up on payments required for flight operations.

Report any irregularities or security concerns immediately to appropriate authorities.
