Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor in CSE/Bachelor of Fine Arts/Masters of Fine Arts will be highly regarded.

∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, 2D/3D animation, and INSERT PROGRAMS HERE).
∎ The ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders to create content used across a variety of platforms (web, mobile, video, and more).
∎ Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
∎ Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
∎ Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
∎ Coordinating with team, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
∎ Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
∎ Communicating with the team about layout and design.
∎ Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop. Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
∎ Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
∎ Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Adobe Premier Pro, after effects.
∎ A strong eye for visual composition.
∎ Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
∎ Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
∎ Experience with computer-aided design.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Good command over oral and written English and Bengali.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
