Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall
Business strategy. Also, develop and implement HR, Admin & Logistics Policies, Process & practices with a clear objective to foster performance culture and building an effective & successful workforce.
Ensuring all directives, guidelines, rules, policies and procedures of Hon. Vice-Chairman / Managing Director /Chairman’s are properly implemented.
Prepare job descriptions and specifications for the entire department (Job Analysis), write job advertisements and
Responsible for Organizational Development (OD), Talent Management process, people development, performance management, career and succession planning for Overall Group.
Identify Training & Development needs to continuously develop and nurture the talents, plan and implement effective Competency Gap Analysis for the key positions. Reward & Recognition schemes to differentiate, encourage and motivate good performers.
Responsible with maintain of monthly payroll for the company and for the ventures.
Looking after overall administrative functions of the Head Office and ensuring proper day-to-day implementation.
Responsible to monitor, manage, maintain, and improve admin operation, attendance, transport, security, safety, maintenance and admin related bill-processing matters of the Company.
Conduct smooth Admin & logistics operation to support the company business and develop policies, process, procedure, and acting as a liaison between the employees and upper management when it comes to financial and administrative issues.
Maintaining liaison and coordination with local police, industrial police, government agencies, and other parties to ensure smooth admin & logistics management.
Must have first-hand experience in handling license renewal process relating to Gas, Electricity and Water etc.
Manage all types of administrative functions (Non-Management or Blue Color staff management, premise cleanliness, and staff schedules, carpool management, facilities management, and others).
Oversee the regulation process for businesses requiring governmental approval, including filing necessary applications and handling all government interactions.
Carry out any other job as assigned time to time by the management.
