The Company is urgently looking for Senior Manager/AGM for its sales and operational functions and deliverables. Job grade for the selected person will be decided on the basis of experience and competency level of the candidate.

Major Job Responsibilities: 

• Oversee zone outlets’ activities on a daily basis. 

• Coordinate operations of the entire outlet that involves overall sales, follow-up product requisition and compile accordingly and ensure proper distribution of products to the outlets.

• Prepare and monitor monthly sales target, analysis poor sale of outlets and taking proper measures and action to achieve the target. 

• Develop plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs of outlets. 

• Keep the management updated with daily sales volume and sales progress of outlets and compile the sales report as per requirement. 

• Physical visit of outlets as per schedule and monitor outlet opening and closing issues. 

• Ensure customer care issues and their requirements are met in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with maintenance, branding and IT departments regarding pending and running works of outlets. 

• Follow-up and guidance to all kinds of licenses (Labour, Fire, Trade, etc) of outlets. 

• Ensure staff welfare such as staff leave, recreation, personal loan, advances and emergency need of outlets.

• Display checking & provide proper guidance to the outlets.

• Any other jobs as assigned by management time to time.
