∎ Must have practical experience.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Good knowledge of computer office applications; Word, Excel & email, etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To take full responsibility of the quality department of the factory.
∎ To ensure quality control of yarns used in production.
∎ Troubleshoot yarn-related issues in production.
∎ To develop process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality. Developing Quality Strategies: Create and implement quality assurance policies and strategies in the organization.
∎ To design and implement testing protocols for products and processes.
∎ Work closely with other departments, like production, supply chain, and R&D, to maintain quality standards.
∎ Data Analysis: Analyze quality data to detect trends, identify issues, and develop corrective actions.
∎ We are looking for an experienced Quality GM for our Spinning Mills.
