Experience:

• Lead the overall quality assurance and control activities in the woven tops production unit.

• Ensure all quality standards are met as per buyer requirements

• Monitor in-line, end-line, and final inspection processes to ensure defect-free production.

• Analyze quality issues and take immediate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Supervise and guide quality control teams, including QC inspectors, auditors, and supervisors.

• Provide regular training to high-quality staff to enhance their technical skills and awareness.

• Attend pre-production meetings and ensure all quality-related aspects are clarified and implemented.

• Communicate with buyers’ QA representatives and manage their inspections and feedback.

• Maintain proper documentation of all quality inspections, audits, and reports.

• Work closely with production, merchandising, and planning departments to resolve quality issues.

• Ensure continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejection, rework, and quality complaints.

• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and quality systems on the production floor.

• Maintain and implementation QMS

• Prepare the factory for internal, buyer, and third-party quality and technical audits. And Prepare Corrective Action Plan

• Take proactive steps to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality consistency.
