We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to lead the in-house development of our customized Human Resource Management (HRM) and Payroll Software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire software development life cycle, ensuring a robust, secure, and scalable system tailored to the garment industry's needs.
Key Responsibilities
System Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive HRM system, including modules for payroll, attendance, leave management, recruitment, and performance evaluation.
Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while following industry best practices and conducting regular code reviews.
Security & Compliance: Ensure high-level data security and confidentiality, especially regarding sensitive payroll and employee information.
Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing modules to ensure peak system performance.
Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation and user manuals for the HR and management teams.
Salary: Negotiable based on expertise.
