  • Strong background in B2B Software, IT Enabled Services, or Software Companies.

  • Proven experience in developing Payroll, ERP, or HRM applications is highly preferred.

  • Technical Skills (Recommended)

  • Proficiency in backend frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Python/Django, or .NET Core).

  • Strong command over Database Management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server).

  • Experience with RESTful APIs and Git version control.



Responsibilities & Context:

Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to lead the in-house development of our customized Human Resource Management (HRM) and Payroll Software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire software development life cycle, ensuring a robust, secure, and scalable system tailored to the garment industry's needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain a comprehensive HRM system, including modules for payroll, attendance, leave management, recruitment, and performance evaluation.

  • Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while following industry best practices and conducting regular code reviews.

  • Security & Compliance: Ensure high-level data security and confidentiality, especially regarding sensitive payroll and employee information.

  • Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing modules to ensure peak system performance.

  • Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation and user manuals for the HR and management teams.
