General Manager-Quality Engineering Dept. (For 60 Lines Jacket Project)

• The candidate must have vast knowledge of padding jackets, Quilting Jkt, Seam sealing JKT, Down Jkt. Also Capability to lead Factory QED team.
• Ensure good communication with all buyers and skill to response customer email, RCA & Technical Audit related all sorts of queries.
• Oversee inspection of incoming materials, ensuring expected requirements.
• Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization's products.
• Lead a team of Quality engineers, inspectors, auditors & analysts.
• Work with customers, employees, contractors, and outsourcing firms to develop product requirements.
• Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions, RCA), including the need for improvement.
• Conduct periodic management review meetings with production, Technical, IE and Maintenance team.
• Candidate must follow up daily DHU status/ Sharp tools system implementation and Mold prevention activities. Also colsely follow up QMS team and their regular activities.
• Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.
• Keep up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product (service) quality.
• Lead the quality team to ensure quality responsibilities.
