Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in any Discipline.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of time and action calendar for each order from order receiving to shipment
∎ Developing and managing a strategic planning framework by driving an effective and efficient planning cycle. Promoting cross team-working for the Strategy, Planning and Implementation team - day to day workflow management.
∎ Select processes for the orders, removal extra processes to reduce cost of production. Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning, Information Support and Analysis. Optimize Manpower Utilization.
∎ Expert on line loading plan & follow up
∎ Responsible for effective Production planning and execution of more of less 200 lines
∎ Order status monitoring & regular schedule meeting with merchandising & marketing for order planning
∎ Building relationship with Merchandising department, Production people, Supply chain & other concerned department for smooth operation
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules
∎ Monitor hourly, daily production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then make a route cause analysis and give quick solution for a smooth operation
∎ Maintain planning record & follow up every day cutting, sewing , finishing, print, embroidery & wash report
∎ Ensure cost minimization and optimum utilization of labor, machinery, and material through effective operating layout in the production.
∎ Decide (suggest) how much order should be accept according the production capacity. Allocating of total capacity or deciding how much capacity to be used for an order out of total factory capacity.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target
∎ Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances
∎ Regular visit factories to monitor the progress of given plan
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be an expert on Production Management
∎ Candidates having IE & work study based knowledge will be given preference
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Planning system
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Needs to have Strong knowledge/understanding of Planning
Salary: Tk. 200000 (Monthly)
