Job Context:
∎ Garment Division (Jackets and Outerwear)
∎ DEPZ Based Factory - Dong Bang Facilities (BD) Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all activities on the factory, cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, planning, and quality.
∎ Responsible for daily production and work to achieve production target with buyer required quality standard.
∎ Be able to utilize 100% capacity and have waste reduction on the factory.
∎ Manage all task for smooth production, final inspection pass and on time shipments.
∎ Responsible for employee training, as well as motiving the employees to reach their full potential.
∎ Coordinating with marketing and merchandising team for future orders, present order status and product costing and discussing capacity status of the factories.
∎ Have to understand the technical setting of the garments in order to reduce cost and make production friendly garments.
∎ Evaluating staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs.
∎ Maintaining good quality product for every style.
∎ Planning the factory lines as required to match factory targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in working with an ERP system.
∎ Must be able to speak English.
