∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Knowledge of both Knit and Woven garment manufacturing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead production workforce and oversee operation of garments production.
∎ Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations of the factory.
∎ Ensure daily production output, product quality and on-time shipment.
∎ Take necessary steps to track and optimize productivity maintaining high efficiency.
∎ Monitor operations and triggering immediate corrective actions.
∎ Ensure concerted efforts and coordination among the departments of the production chain.
∎ Maintain cost effectiveness with reduced manpower and sustainable targeted operations.
∎ Ensure all requirements of buyers are met throughout production chain system.
∎ Ensure production chains are well maintained during audits of different buyers.
∎ Ensure production reports are timely given to top management.
∎ Ensure active participation in handling administrative issues of production department.
∎ Ensure commitment to environment, health & safety and good housekeeping.
∎ Give necessary technical solution to solve the difficulties.
∎ Ensure the quality during bulk production & control number of reject garments.
∎ Coordinate with Buyer’s QA to ensure inspection of garments for on time shipment.
∎ Ensure good housekeeping in production floors.
∎ Any other duties imposed upon by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Highly experience may be relaxed in minimum Educational background.
∎ Excellent Communication skills.
∎ Good Leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Good Team leader, Well-organized and Detail-oriented.
Salary: Negotiable
