∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation degree from reputed institution
∎ Skills Required: Garment Marketing, Garments Merchandising
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure collection of order from buyer/buying house directly.
∎ Fully responsible for marketing and merchandising activities of Sweater Garments to meet the objectives and targets.
∎ Determine appropriate price quotations to ensure sales orders and maintain profitability.
∎ To develop strategies using various marketing techniques to increase product sales.
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ To Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time with right quality and quantity.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
∎ Create new customer and follow-up existing customer to expand the business volume.
∎ Analyze production data, including volume of production, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures and increase productivity.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong physical & mental strength to work inside and outside under pressure.
∎ Knowledge on garments manufacturing in sweater factory
∎ Should have business mind, social, open communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimist
∎ Fluent in English speaking and writing.
∎ Fair computer skill
Salary: Negotiable
