Job Responsibilities:
∎ Continue to focus on the efficiency and meeting the production standards/ output requirements as per business goals.
∎ Lead the team and will be accountable for the operational goals & objectives.
∎ To interact with the marketing team on day to day business requirements and timely delivery.
∎ Responsible for the manpower selection and the complete utilization of their skills & knowledge.
∎ Responsible to maintain the simplicity and flexibility in the process.
∎ Responsible to implement effective material flow to maintain the min. inventory levels & to improve the operational efficiency.
∎ To ensure safe operations and zero accident / incident.
∎ Timely execution of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) for internal and external deviations.
∎ Responsible for Health & safety, statutory compliance related to plant.
∎ Budgeting activities of the plant.
∎ Liason with external agencies for timely compliance of licenses for fire, environment, factory license, electricity etc.
∎ Handling HR / IR issues and maintaining cordial relationship as well as relationship with neighboring industries.
∎ Cost control and establishing proper systems, processes and control mechanism.
∎ Maintaining motivation, engagement and morale of team members.

∎ POSITION SUMMARY:-
∎ Responsible for all factory operations including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Store & Logistics, HR & Admin, cost control, budgeting etc.
∎ MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:-
∎ Bachelor's degree Engineering from a well-known University.
∎ Total work experience should be minimum 15 years and currently working as Factory Head in a Chemical / Paint / Ink Industry.
∎ DESIRABLE SKILLS:-
∎ Good organizational, leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Experience in liasoning with government authorities.
∎ Good knowledge of TPM, 5S, ISO 9000/18001/ 45001, JIT etc.
