Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 45 years
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in solar sales, project design or implementation at a reputed renewable energy/solar company.
Strong understanding for solar PV system, components and market trends.
Excellent Leadership, negotiation and market trends.
Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., PV system), Auto CAD & MS Office (for design & implementation rules)
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Purpose: The role is responsible for driving solar energy business growth, leading client acquisition, and ensuring effective design, planning, and implementation of solar projects. The incumbent will support both the commercial and technical aspects of solar energy operations, contributing to the company’s renewable energy expansion and long-term sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead site assessments, feasibility studies, and technical design of solar PV projects.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals including load analysis, system sizing, and ROI calculations.
- Ensure project execution aligns with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems.
- Manage technical teams and subcontractors for timely project completion.
- Provide post-installation support, O&M services, and performance monitoring.
- Support the sales team with technical presentations and solution design.
