Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc in IPE / IE / Textile Management/Production Engineering/Knitwear manufacturing from any reputed institution.
∎ Skills Required: Software Knowledge
Experience Requirements:
∎ 14 to 18 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Floor/ Line Management, Industrial & Production Engineering, Layouting, Lean Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Context:
∎ Applicant should have at least 2 years GM position experience of total experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing all the IE process.
∎ Co-ordinate with Production department for improving their working procedures.
∎ Order allocation in sewing lines based on SMV on a regular basis.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly production MIS & efficiency report, machine break down report etc.
∎ Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis.
∎ Study the workers efficiency and identify their strength & weakness to enhance their skills.
∎ Ensure line balancing as per layout, time and motion study for all styles.
∎ Systematic group planning and execution of total production flow as well as balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Formulate production plan based on machine, manpower, study the m/c layout to achieve the optimum productivity.
∎ Develop strategy to achieve the targeted productivity.
∎ Ensure effective utilization of company resource.
∎ Follows up time- study, capacity study, production study.
∎ Monitor operator's skill level.
∎ Utilize time study and motion study and idle man, machine hours on daily basis.
∎ Monitor monthly projection & labor cost analysis.
∎ Monitor Set base target, semi-critical & critical operations, ensure the implementation of line and special incentive policy.
∎ Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
∎ Monitor production target of the lines as per production plan.
∎ Monitor optimum utilization of Man, Machine and Material.
∎ Monitor workers' assessment report (quarterly) to use the same for personal and organizational development or improvement.
∎ Monitor cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage.
∎ Monitor head to head costing.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience to work with different types of software.
∎ The applicant should have experience in Knit Composite Factory.
∎ Must have leadership skill and team work ability;
∎ Be able to handle Production Plan efficiently & professionally;
∎ Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality;
∎ Must Have Good communication in English
∎ Must have excellent analytical management skills;
