10+ years in a large-scale production facility as an HR administrator.
Comprehensive understanding and ability of -
Human Resource Management & Organizational Development
Bangladesh & International Labor Law
Relevant Compliance Matters, Compensation & Employee Welfare.
Handling of all the audits such as Building & Fire safety, RSC, BSCI, WRAP etc.
Labor court procedures
BEPZA Laws & Regulations
HR Policy Design, Talent Management.
- Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Language: Fluent in English & Bengali
