• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

• Postgraduate Preferably MBA in Human Resource Management.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House

• 10+ years in a large-scale production facility as an HR administrator.

• Comprehensive understanding and ability of -

• Human Resource Management & Organizational Development

• Bangladesh & International Labor Law

• Relevant Compliance Matters, Compensation & Employee Welfare.

• Handling of all the audits such as Building & Fire safety, RSC, BSCI, WRAP etc.

• Labor court procedures

• BEPZA Laws & Regulations

• HR Policy Design, Talent Management.

• - Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Language: Fluent in English & Bengali

• Report To: COO
