• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Postgraduate Preferably MBA in Management.

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age At least 35 years

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Technical Outerwear garment manufacturing with IE (Industrial Engineering) & Work Study.

In-depth Ability and Understanding on -

• Garment Manufacturing Protocols.

• Industrial Engineering/Work Study.

• Production planning.

• Range of RMG Materials.

• Diverse range of RMG machineries and equipment,

• Leadership in large-scale operations.

• Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Language Fluency - English & Bengali.

Workplace: Work at Factory

Job Location: Mirsarai Economic Zone (BEZA), Chattogram.

Reports To: GM Production
