Responsibilities & Context:

Human Resources Management (HRM):

  • Develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall

  • business strategy. Also, develop and implement HR Policies, Process & practices with a clear objective to foster performance culture and building an effective & successful workforce.

  • Ensuring all directives, guidelines, rules, policies and procedures of Hon. Vice-Chairman / Co-Chairman /Chairman’s are properly implemented.

  • Strategic Recruitment and selection of quality resources to reinforce the skill & leadership profile of key managers.

  • Establish Performance Management through KPI & KRA setting according to layer for specific measurement of contribution to the organization.

  • Prepare job descriptions and specifications for the entire department (Job Analysis), write job advertisements and

  • decide how and where jobs will be advertised (online / job portal), design application forms and prepare other recruitment material and budgeting.

  • Responsible for Organizational Development (OD), Talent Management process, people development, performance management, career and succession planning for Overall Group.

  • Enhance professional development by providing sufficient training that are available to all staff and prioritized by needs analysis.

  • Identify Training & Development needs to continuously develop and nurture the talents, plan and implement effective T&D strategy. Competency Gap Analysis for the key positions. Reward & Recognition schemes to differentiate, encourage and motivate good performers.

  • Do the end to recruitment for the whole group.

  • Maintain relationship with recruitment agencies to find out right people in right time to the right place.

  • Responsible with maintain of monthly payroll for the company and for the ventures.

  • Developing and implementing HR Budget yearly/Quarterly in line with the business plan.

  • Do the periodical assessment of the employee and report the management through Annual Confidential Report.

  • Grievance handling and mange any dispute internal and external of the company.

  • Establish and maintain HR succession plan for all individuals.

  • Plan and implement fully automated efficient HRIS Systems with an aim to implement Paper Less Office, change

  • management initiatives & process owner of HR Budget. In addition, supervise and manage the payroll and HRIS

  • (Human Resource Information) system of the company.

  • Coordinate and monitor all HR activities for organization.

  • Carry out any other job as assigned time to time by the management.

  • Implement efficient Employee Relations (ER) along with Industrial Relations (IR) Strategy; ensure full compliance with applicable laws, including Labor Laws. Ensure uninterrupted operations 365 days in a year.

  • Acts as the principal contact with in matters related to International Mobilization, cultural diversity, and corporate

  • reporting and change management initiatives.

Administration:

  • Looking after overall administrative functions of the Head Office and ensuring proper day-to-day implementation.

  • Management of operation services, includes but not limited to; formulation of admin operation policies, process and agreements, office management, decoration and maintenance, furniture and fixture maintenance, air-condition system maintenance, Pantry and refreshment items management, company guest management, staff and guests travel arrangement, maintenance of company communication channels; T&T/Telco connections, Fax, phones, supplier relationship etc.

  • Developing and promoting policies that ensure positive interaction between administrative staff and other personnel

  • Responsible to monitor, manage, maintain, and improve admin operation, attendance, transport, security, safety, maintenance and admin related bill-processing matters of the Company.

  • Conduct smooth Admin operation to support the company business and develop policies, process, procedure, and acting as a liaison between the employees and upper management when it comes to financial and administrative issues

  • Represent as spokesperson of the company in dealing with government high officials, police department, local conciliator etc. Responsible for handling issues at Government or Public Offices.

  • Maintaining liaison and coordination with local police, industrial police, government agencies, and other parties to ensure smooth admin management.

  • Must have handled CIP related official work and documentation.

  • Must have first-hand experience in handling license renewal process relating to Gas, Electricity and Water etc.

  • Manage all types of administrative functions (Non-Management or Blue Color staff management, premise cleanliness, and staff schedules, carpool management, facilities management, and others).

  • Keep close liaison with HR & Admin Department of the business units / projects to provide appropriate support.

  • Oversee the regulation process for businesses requiring governmental approval, including filing necessary applications and handling all government interactions.

  • Ensuring all kinds of payments including telephone, electricity, official bills, etc. In addition, complete all agreement related to rent of company establishment and ensure timely payment of utility/service bill of the company
