Responsibilities & Context:
BOQ preparing & checking, budget analysis, preparing schedule, site visit & follow-up to complete the project due time.
Carry out physical inspections of the sites to assess the quality and confirm that the implementation matches the design and BOQ standards
To perform detailed estimation for construction items from provided design-drawing.
Capable to understand of elevation/section of structural/Architectural parts.
Complete assignment within given timeframe.
Vendor’s bill checking, technical analysis & solving the issues immediately and informing management.
