Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from BUTEX or from any other reputed university.
∎ M.S. or higher education in related field will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The GM Dyeing/Fabric Head will be responsible for the planning & implementation of all activities of Fabrics Division.
∎ Responsible for overall Fabrics & Dyeing production, decision making & quality control.
∎ Increasing efficiency, productivity, maximum utilization of man, machine & time, optimizing
∎ material use, proper administration & supervision of the under commands.
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through integrated planning information and analysis.
∎ Develop and implement SOP/policy to avoid machine breakdown and ensure maximize
∎ utilization of man, machine and material.
∎ Optimization of the Dyeing process by establishing Sedomaster and Orgatex Software thus
∎ reduce dependency on operators and ensure quality of the products as per buyer's standard.
∎ Follow up & guide the R&D team of Fabric Division and RFT Team.
∎ Responsible for dyeing production, finishing, planning, monitoring of product and process,
∎ establishing and maintaining identification and traceability requirement.
∎ Ensure Finished Fabrics support to Garments Division as per garments line plan.
∎ Supervise, Monitor, oversee, and ensure the overall functions of the Fabric Division.
∎ Ensuring Gray Fabrics quality at knitting stage and deliver to be dyeing section well in time.
∎ Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality related issues and implement corrective
∎ action.
∎ Ensure that the compliance requirements regard to social, technical, environmental and RSC safety issues are in practice in all areas of the Fabric Division.
∎ Plan and arrange various types of training programs like process development, quality
∎ management, chemical safety etc for the concerned employees of the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ At least 15 year(s) in related field in which 3 to 5 years as GM Dyeing /Head of Fabric Division.
∎ The applicant should have experience in Garments Textile specially in Production Management in
∎ Dyeing & Finishing.
∎ Minimum 15 years working experiences in 100% compliance and export oriented large Knit
∎ Composite Industry.
∎ Strong leadership capability, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Sound Knowledge of special dyes/chemical treatments for achieving long lasting and high fastness
∎ fabrics.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills in both English and Bangla.
