Job Context

Sara Health Care, a rapidly growing healthcare provider, is going to establish a modern diagnostic and healthcare center in Rajshahi. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager (Diagnostic) who will lead overall operations, ensure quality diagnostic services, and manage administrative and financial activities. The position requires strong leadership, healthcare management skills, and the ability to drive growth and patient satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage the overall operations of the diagnostic center.

• Ensure smooth functioning of pathology, imaging, and all diagnostic departments.

• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and SOPs for quality assurance.

• Manage and guide doctors, technologists, and support staff for efficient workflow.

• Maintain liaison with physicians, consultants, and patients to ensure service excellence.

• Monitor daily revenue, expenses, and financial performance of the diagnostic center.

• Prepare and analyze business reports, budgets, and growth strategies.

• Ensure compliance with government regulations, safety standards, and accreditation requirements.

• Handle patient complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution.

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to expand diagnostic services in the region.

• Coordinate with higher management for strategic decisions and expansion plans.

• Lead staff training, performance evaluation, and motivation programs.
