Sara Health Care is expanding its healthcare services and setting up a modern Diagnostic & Healthcare Center in Cox’s Bazar. We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary General Manager (Diagnostic) who will lead operations, ensure high-quality diagnostic services, and drive business growth while maintaining patient satisfaction. The candidate must have strong leadership, healthcare management expertise, and financial acumen to manage and scale operations effectively.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the entire operations of the diagnostic center.
Supervise pathology, imaging, radiology, and other diagnostic departments.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and SOPs.
Lead, motivate, and evaluate medical technologists, doctors, and support staff.
Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability of diagnostic operations.
Ensure quality control, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
Build strong relationships with doctors, consultants, and patients.
Handle patient concerns and ensure service excellence.
Prepare and submit operational and financial reports to higher management.
Execute marketing and business development strategies to expand patient base.
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for smooth functioning of diagnostic equipment and consumables.
Lead staff training, workshops, and performance reviews.
