∎ Masters degree in any discipline

∎ Should have adequate knowledge on BEPZA updated law and regulation, along with standard industrial practices in apparels sector.
∎ People Planning - for hiring efficient human resource considering the needs of the organization need to be recruit resource people, verifying the skill as per respective position requirements through the following of BEPZA & labor law. Department wise Manpower requirement rationalization from IE team, Co-ordination with planning department for allocation.
∎ • Having adequate knowledge on implementation of latest law (BEPZA- Law & Act -2019) and company standard (Like- policy, code of conduct and standard operational procedure) that set for operation need to be reinforced for changes.
∎ Need to conducting job analysis and Planning Manpower needs of the organization .To take key role in HR recruitment process.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on Budgeting / Costing on wages administration area.
∎ Should provide necessary induction / orientation during the time of on-boarding new associate (workers or staff) as required.
∎ Wage & Salary administration, and to monitor pay role execution.
∎ Ensuring that wages, salary & other compensation bill is being ready on time & corresponding with accounts to pay it accordingly.
∎ Maintaining all kinds of allowance to pay to employee as per BEPZA instruction & company policy.
∎ Performance management should accomplish following due time line that prescribed in our standard - KPI & 360 degree appraisal process.
∎ To ensure up gradation of individual performer necessary competency training should arrange need basis.
∎ Low performer and new joiner should cover under training program to achieve acceptable performance level as required.
∎ Administrative control need to be set to ensure functionality of the implemented process is being followed.
∎ To assist management for effective execution of human resource & administrative functions of the organization.
∎ Building employee Commitment and involving Labor relations activities and General applications.
∎ Ensure housekeeping health and safety, cleanliness procedures are maintained at all times.
∎ To handle social & Buyers compliance.
∎ Logistic and administrative support should be given time to time to ensure labor relation and accountability.
∎ Transport management (company and rental parties vehicles) need to be manage and maintain efficiently.
∎ Responsible to ensuring the vehicle facilities for staff & Making proper plan to arrange the vehicle as per destination & handling vehicle related expenses getting approval from management.
∎ Fuel consumption, miles, monitoring and maintenance of vehicle need to be maintain with due diligence.
∎ Implement effective strategies for developing the organizational culture, manage changes, particularly to structure in positive and supportive manner.
∎ Labor management need to be handle efficiently in all areas.
∎ Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time, as deemed necessary.
∎ To control the discipline inside the factory and coordinating the disciplinary enquiries.
∎ Ensure health and safety, cleanliness procedures are maintained at all times and any behaviors of subordinates that could affect the H&S risks are necessary.
∎ Corresponding with different parties/supplier to arrange the official equipment with reasonable price.
∎ Controlling the wastage management establishing a proper waste segregation system.
∎ Arranging trade license, vehicle fitness license updating.
∎ Ensuring the factory security providing security services in entire factory premises.
∎ Dealing with concern department and parties to regularize overseas employees work permit, visa issues, renewal of passport and others logistic support need basis.
∎ Ensure aspects that have impact to the environment by your processes is identified and reviews to meet with environmental objectives of the organization.
∎ Necessary administrative decision and control mechanism need to adopt to make positive necessary change in management approach.
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Able to deliver demanding business objectives and goals.
∎ Excellent communications skills both in written and speaking in English.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
