Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely follow up and monitor the development of social compliance, Security and Environment (Higg Index) in factories.
∎ Liaison with govt. and other external stakeholders like BGMEA, BKMEA, Fire service dept, etc.
∎ Conduct audit of different certification audit (SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, CoC)
∎ Support to compliance team in order to prepared CAP as per buyer requirement.
∎ Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the organization as per law.
∎ Maintain relationship with Police Authorities, RAB. Local Influences and other government agencies.
∎ To follow up Maternity monthly return documents and send to Government authority for approval.
∎ Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism.

∎ Collect and keep ready all document as per buyer requirement before audit day.
∎ Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
∎ Monitor and conduct all type of activities regarding on PC Election smoothly.
∎ Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security.
