Must have strong knowledge on business processes of Textile/RMG
Must have implemented any ERP in any apparel factory
Responsibilities & Context:
Analyze and improve business processes for efficiency.
Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD) based on stakeholder needs.
Conduct end-user and internal team training sessions.
Perform quality assurance testing and support UAT.
Implement, troubleshoot, and support ERP/other systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
Manage vendors and ensure service delivery as per agreements.
