• Bachelor degree in Building Engineering and Construction Management (BECM)

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Revit with a solid understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Good technical and analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and models.
• Ability to learn new software tools, workflows, and interdisciplinary processes independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Experience

• Any academic, internship, or project-based experience using Revit or BIM will be considered an advantage.

Job Description:

HawarIT Limited is seeking dedicated and analytical BECM (Building Engineering and Construction Management) graduates to join our team as Geo ICT Engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to launch their careers in a role that bridges the gap between engineering and technology, working directly on high-level projects with European clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, modifying, and coordinating BIM models using Revit in accordance with project requirements.
• Support interdisciplinary coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and GIS-related information.
• Prepare, update, and maintain accurate engineering drawings and digital models.
• Analyze technical data, drawings, and models to support Geo ICT and engineering-related tasks.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and team members to meet project requirements, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Ensure a clear understanding of client requirements and implement them accurately into models, drawings, and deliverables.
• Demonstrate a strong client-oriented mindset, focusing on fulfilling client needs and project objectives.
• Maintain a professional mentality to deliver tasks within agreed deadlines while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and European clients when required.
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and follow established workflows and quality procedures.
• Continuously learn and apply new tools, platforms, and workflows to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
