Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving marketing and sales efforts for a Dutch-Bangladeshi software company, encompassing both digital and traditional marketing strategies as directed by management. This role involves executing integrated marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets. This role involves a blend of digital marketing and traditional marketing and sale responsibilities to drive.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC), and content marketing.
Create compelling digital content such as graphics, videos, and articles to engage the target audience.
Digital Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on target markets, industries, and customer segments using digital tools such as online databases, market research platforms, and social media listening tools.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools to optimize for engagement, conversion, and ROI.
Manage the company`s online presence, including website content updates, blog posts, and social media profiles.
Manage the implementation of digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, and social media advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to suggest innovative strategies for campaign optimization.
2. Traditional Marketing and Sales:
Assist in the planning and execution of traditional marketing activities, including events, trade shows, print advertising, and direct mail campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and messaging.
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage both digital and traditional channels to reach target audiences.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation in traditional marketing efforts.
Support the management in developing marketing collateral, presentations, and sales tools for the sales team.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication, providing updates on product features, industry trends, and relevant insights.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction with products and services.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients, working closely with the sales team to maximize revenue.
Assist in lead generation activities, including prospecting, lead qualification, and nurturing campaigns.
Track and report on sales and marketing metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue attribution.
