• Provide high-quality software support and training to business clients.

• Respond to customer issues professionally and promptly.

• Identify bugs and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.

• Follow up with customers until complete issue resolution.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Attend calls, diagnose problems, and deliver effective solutions.
