∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ The candidate must be minimum B.Sc in Textile Graduate (Spinning).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Textile Engineering.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing).
∎ Must have strong knowledge of processing Ring and Rotor Spinning of 100% Cotton, PC/CVC, Melange, MVS Yarn and Fancy Yarns. Candidates with maintenance background will be preferred.
∎ He should be dynamic, result oriented, cost conscious and conversant with modern quality and production management system.
∎ It is essential that he should work as a team leader to run a spinning mill as an efficient profit center.
∎ Must be adequate knowledge for 45,000 spindles mills.
∎ At least 15 years of working experience at senior level.
∎ Appointed GM will have to stay in the mill site in Gazipur, Bangladesh
