Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant and Banquet halls, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
∎ Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer service .
∎ Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
∎ Conduct administrative duties, such as payroll, inventory management, budgets, and costs to ensure optimal financial performance .
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
∎ Play an active role in the restaurant’s marketing campaign efforts and promote the brand within the local community.
∎ Conduct human resources tasks, such as recruiting and hiring, to fill restaurant staff positions.
∎ Provide strategic leadership and direction to the restaurant and Banquet Hall teams.
∎ Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and profitability .
∎ Build and maintain relationships with guests, suppliers, and stakeholders.
∎ Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and efficiently.
∎ Collaborate with different departments to improve processes and maintain standards.
