What You’ll Do:
Provide expert guidance to students and parents on course selection, institutions, and visa requirements.
Manage the end-to-end application process, from documentation to offer acceptance and visa lodgment.
Keep up-to-date with global education policies, visa regulations, and institution-specific requirements.
Represent ACT Education & Visa Consultants at education fairs, expos, and through engaging social media content.
Mentor junior counsellors and contribute to a culture of excellence within the team.
Who We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
3–5 years of experience in student counselling for Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and UK destinations.
Proven track record in student recruitment, admissions, and visa guidance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with students and parents.
Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM systems, Zoho Workplace Suite, and MS Office applications.
Candidates with prior experience in other consultancy firms are highly encouraged to apply—freshers need not apply.
Salary & Benefits:
