About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our presence in Chattogram. This role is ideal for proactive individuals with a passion for sales, business development, and client relationship management. The executive will focus on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to overall business success in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue growth.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clients and industry stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups with potential clients.
Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and business materials.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Monitor client business performance and provide timely support and solutions.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client value.
Regularly visit clients to maintain engagement and address any issues.
Report on regional client business, sales activities, and collection status to the Regional Head and Head Office.
Coordination & Administration:
Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and business operations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management within the scope of the role.
