• Supervise banquet and catering operations for meetings, conferences, and special events.

• Coordinate with kitchen, service, and sales teams to ensure smooth and successful event.

• Maintain high standards of food presentation, Quality and Service.

• Ensure banquet halls and event facilities are clean, organized, and properly maintained.

• Manage banquet staff scheduling, training, and performance to ensure efficient operations.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and professionally handle customer feedback or complaints.

• Develop and update banquet and catering menus.
