Sea Pearl Beach Resort & Spa Ltd. is a premium beachfront resort dedicated to providing exceptional wellness and relaxation experiences. In the absence of a Spa Manager/Assistant Manager, the Spa Supervisor will be fully responsible for overseeing the entire spa operation, ensuring high service standards, revenue generation, and team management while delivering a world-class guest experience.
Take full responsibility for the overall daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Lead, supervise, and manage all spa staff including therapists, attendants, and reception, ensuring high performance and discipline.
Plan duty rosters, manage attendance, leave, and staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
Ensure all spa facilities (treatment rooms, steam/sauna, locker areas) are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.
Monitor and maintain service quality standards, ensuring all treatments are delivered as per established protocols.
Handle all guest interactions including booking, consultation, complaint handling, and service recovery professionally.
Drive revenue by promoting spa services, packages, and retail products, and achieving monthly targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and revenue reports for management review.
Manage inventory, control stock levels of spa products and supplies, and coordinate procurement when needed.
Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and coordination with Finance for daily closing.
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experience.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures.
Identify training needs and conduct on-the-job training to develop team skills and service quality.
Take initiative in marketing ideas, guest engagement, and service improvements to enhance spa performance.
Act as the focal point of contact for all spa-related matters and report directly to senior management.
