Responsibilities & Context:

Sea Pearl Beach Resort & Spa Ltd. is a premium beachfront resort dedicated to providing exceptional wellness and relaxation experiences. In the absence of a Spa Manager/Assistant Manager, the Spa Supervisor will be fully responsible for overseeing the entire spa operation, ensuring high service standards, revenue generation, and team management while delivering a world-class guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full responsibility for the overall daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

  • Lead, supervise, and manage all spa staff including therapists, attendants, and reception, ensuring high performance and discipline.

  • Plan duty rosters, manage attendance, leave, and staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage at all times.

  • Ensure all spa facilities (treatment rooms, steam/sauna, locker areas) are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.

  • Monitor and maintain service quality standards, ensuring all treatments are delivered as per established protocols.

  • Handle all guest interactions including booking, consultation, complaint handling, and service recovery professionally.

  • Drive revenue by promoting spa services, packages, and retail products, and achieving monthly targets.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and revenue reports for management review.

  • Manage inventory, control stock levels of spa products and supplies, and coordinate procurement when needed.

  • Ensure proper cash handling, billing accuracy, and coordination with Finance for daily closing.

  • Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experience.

  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures.

  • Identify training needs and conduct on-the-job training to develop team skills and service quality.

  • Take initiative in marketing ideas, guest engagement, and service improvements to enhance spa performance.

  • Act as the focal point of contact for all spa-related matters and report directly to senior management.
