∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Sales and Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in sales and Marketing
∎ Masters in any discipline.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Sales and Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): flat, Land, Plot and Appartment sale
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the development and delivery of the strategic sales and marketing plan to achieve business objectives, achieve sales target as per plan, drive profit and champion customer experience.
∎ Meet the company's revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution with extended standard skill, capability and customer focus.
∎ Identify new and existing business opportunities to increase the growth of the organization, promoting strong client engagement, attraction and retention strategies.
∎ Maintain up to date understanding of competitor knowledge, contemporary practices and market opportunities.
∎ Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
∎ Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
∎ Guides in preparation of sales pitches for own and sales team to close maximum transactions.
∎ Maximize sales revenue and projects profitability across all the projects and minimizes business risks.
∎ Strategize for new product positioning & launch, develop marketing budget & sales flow in consultation with the top management.
∎ Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
∎ Responsible for effective financial management reporting and sales forecasting
∎ To promote the company's existing brands and introducing the products to the market.
∎ Conceptualize and implement new schemes & promotional offers in order to increase the sales velocity.
∎ Capability to collect latest Marketing & sales intelligence to develop a dynamic marketing strategy to achieve the target.
∎ Creating a wide range of different marketing materials and marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
∎ Maintain cordial relations with all internal & external stakeholders and manage their expectations.
∎ Review and ensure proper execution & documentation of application, agreements and allotments.
∎ Oversee team for effective liaison with banks and financial institutions to provide faster processing of loans and structuring financing options for the customers.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional vertical leaders in the formulation and execution of sales strategy, identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions.
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals and look for prospective customers.
∎ Maintain profile of existing clients as well as plan to develop new clients on regular basis.
∎ Share the monthly budget of the respective team on first week of each month.
∎ Build a strong team work to achieve targeted Marketing plan as well as sales.
∎ Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique value propositions and differentiation.
∎ Plan some daily activities and achieve those activities on daily basis.
∎ Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong leadership capability & team building efficiency.
∎ Ability to work independently and be able to work under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Ability to work on deadline driven work environment.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills on verbal and written. Having strong negotiation, diplomacy and team work experience
∎ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Excellent computer skills (MS Office-Word, Excel and Outlook).

Salary: Negotiable
