∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ Training/Trade Course: Labor Law,Microsoft Excel

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting monthly recruitment approval summary from Head of the Department and to take necessary initiative for recruitment.
∎ Selecting & recruiting the best or standard employees for the vacant post by following the relevant laws, company policies & management decision which includes CV screening, Interview calling, exam coordination etc.
∎ Prepare job offer letter, appointment letter and coordinate with the selected candidates.
∎ Conduct reference checks on possible candidates & Performs background checks and degree verification on all positions.
∎ Induction of the newly joined employees.
∎ Ensures the newly recruited employees face / finger punch at their respective section / department.
∎ Prepare job confirmation letter, promotion letter, transfer letter, salary review letter etc. and take signature from the management.
∎ Preparing the employee personal files along with all required documents i.e. job application form, CV, appointment letter etc. and to take required signature on the papers accordingly.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of newly joined employees, confirmed employees, increment etc. in HRM software as well as personal file immediately.
∎ ID card, visiting card, seal pad issuing to newly joined employees and as approved requisition as per company policy.
∎ Closely monitor & update the employee attendance on a regular basis including day off and to solve any kind of dissimilarities regarding these as per management decision.
∎ Off day duty bill preparing of all employees. Ensure the employees attendance update on HR software within the provided time line.
∎ Preparing the monthly salary, increment and adjustment sheets of employees for smooth disbursement of salary on due time.
∎ Festival bonus sheet preparing for employees.
∎ Monthly report to Head of HR, Admin and Compliance on manpower & payroll related issues.
∎ Ensure the employee disciplinary action procedure according to the organizational policies and applicable laws.
∎ Time to time updating the employee personal files with necessary information such as increment, promotion, disciplinary actions, nominee data, management approval etc.
∎ ob Analysis, Job Description, and Organogram: Prepares section/department organogram in coordination with the concerned line manager/ HOD.
∎ S/he coordinates quarterly/yearly performance appraisal process.
∎ Update daily leave status of the employees
∎ Support compliance issues, safety & security and hygienic as per labor law in central office and factory premises.
∎ Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law.
∎ Preparing the final settlement of the resigned employees as per applicable laws and rules.
∎ PF related documents preparation and ensure proper disbursement with coordination with the Accounts and Finance team.
∎ Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee separation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must know Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Bangla and English typing is a must and Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Ability to work independently and be able to work under time pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Ability to work on deadline driven work environment.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills on verbal and written.
∎ Having strong negotiation, diplomacy and team work experience

Salary: Negotiable
