Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

✔ Supervise overall showroom, factory, and office operations

✔ Act as the representative of the Managing Director in his/her absence

✔ Manage staff attendance, performance, and discipline

✔ Schedule and monitor daily/weekly/monthly work plans

✔ Ensure timely production and delivery of products

✔ Oversee showroom sales and customer service quality

✔ Maintain stock and inventory records

✔ Prepare operational and sales reports

✔ Communicate with suppliers, buyers, and partners

✔ Solve operational issues and ensure a smooth workflow

🔹 Requirements

🔸 Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

🔸 3-5+ years experience in retail/operations/management

🔸 Strong leadership and communication skills

🔸 Good computer skills (MS Office)

🔸 Motivated, responsible, and team player
