∎ HRIS Management
∎ HR Audit
∎ HR Budget
∎ Safety-Security and Compliance Issues
∎ General HR & Admin related works (Corporate Level)
∎ Others - As per Business Need
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Leadership to Lead the HR & Admin Team
∎ Good Communication Skills (in both Bangle & English)
∎ Sound Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law, Modern HR Practice
∎ Having Training on Various HRM Related Subjects will be an Added Advantage
