Responsibilities & Context:
A reputed Ceramic Company in Gazipur is seeking for potential candidate for the position of General Manager
Candidate must have good knowledge about:
Prove leadership skills with the ability to motivate & manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent problem-solving abilities & a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiples tasks & priorities simultaneously.
Effective communication skills with the ability to interact confidently at all organization levels
Civil Drawing & Design.
Use Auto CAD.
Prepare detailed plans, drawings & other documents for the manufacture & erection of steel
members (columns, beams, braces, trusses, stairs, handrails, joists, metal decking etc.)
Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs & safety standards.
Collaborate with engineers & technicians to design and apply new system processes.
Review completed projects to identify any errors or areas of improvement.
Preparation of structural & industrial drawing through Draftsman.
Assignment felt conducive by Management as & when necessary.
