B. Sc. in Mechanical/Chemical/Metallurgy Engineering from BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET & SUST with exceptional track record may be considered as an ideal candidate.

15 years working experience in major manufacturing unit.

A reputed Ceramic Company in Gazipur is seeking for potential candidate for the position of General Manager

Candidate must have good knowledge about:

• Prove leadership skills with the ability to motivate & manage a diverse team effectively.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities & a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

• Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiples tasks & priorities simultaneously.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact confidently at all organization levels

• Civil Drawing & Design.

• Use Auto CAD.

• Prepare detailed plans, drawings & other documents for the manufacture & erection of steel

• members (columns, beams, braces, trusses, stairs, handrails, joists, metal decking etc.)

• Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs & safety standards.

• Collaborate with engineers & technicians to design and apply new system processes.

• Review completed projects to identify any errors or areas of improvement.

• Preparation of structural & industrial drawing through Draftsman.

• Assignment felt conducive by Management as & when necessary.

Compensation & other benefits: After successfully completion of trainee period, Salary & other benefits will be revised as per company policy.
