Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should have self-skill to communicate with various importer to develop business relations like L.O Agent.
∎ To develop relation, communicate with different inland lighter owners in order to smooth business operations.
∎ To develop business relation, communicate with WTC & BCVOA leaders.
∎ Improve operational systems, and best organizational practices that well-being and ensure professional efficiency.
∎ Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
∎ To develop processes that meet business needs across the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10-12 years practical experience in Inland vessel operation sector.
∎ Working experience with Water Transport Cell (WTC), Bangladesh Cargo Vessel Owners Association (BCVOA) will give priority.
∎ Experience to operate lighter vessel in various port such as Ctg. Payra & Mongla Port as well as other local destinations.
∎ Strong communication skills in bot Bengali & English.
∎ Skills Required: MS Word, MS Excel, & Email communication.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Decision making & Leading the organization.
∎ Capable to liaison with different Govt. & non Govt. organizations in order to improve business relationship of the organization.

Salary: Negotiable
