Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and develop a dynamic operational team across sales, operations, administration, and finance
∎ Increase revenue by expanding into new distribution channels specifically e-commerce for the company’s products and brands
∎ Ensure that all revenue/volume targets are met and exceeded for the company and the client
∎ Develop short- and long-term objectives/targets, and strategies for the Organization
∎ Meet with client to conduct business performance reviews and proactively seek solutions to improve client’s program performance in terms of revenues, satisfaction and contract renewal rates
∎ Ensure monthly financial reporting / and other periodic reporting are done in alignment with the guidelines and adherence to corporate standards and policies
∎ Maintain the organization market leading position within Bangladesh and continue to maintain market share through ongoing expansion of our brand.
∎ Work with Managing Director and Finance on quarterly budget forecast, evaluation and review.
∎ Handle and motivate your team to effectively deliver to client needs and company goals
∎ Identify, recruit, and groom successors of key positions and ensure internal talents are developed
∎ Ensure timely team appraisals and clear development goals for team members; identify and follow through on appropriate training and career development for the team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Acute inquisitiveness and understanding of an entrepreneur’s mindset
∎ Must have business acumen to understand allocation of resources and right proposition selling to clients and revenue responsibility
∎ Have strong local insights and deep understanding of Bangladesh sentiments to be able to work with government linked enterprise and local conglomerates as well foreign outsourcing customer
∎ Proven success in managing and growing teams, especially during periods of change.
∎ Proven ability to build strong relationships at leadership and operational level;
∎ Strong quantitative, analytical, and conflict resolution abilities
∎ Excellent communication/presentation/client management/people skills
∎ Maturity and stature are necessary as you will manage an existing team and clients.
∎ Understands business principles and good practice
