Responsibilities & Context:

One ICT Ltd. is seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the leadership and technical teams to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive the company’s growth strategy. You will play a key role in developing and executing business plans, expanding our market presence, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills who can translate business goals into actionable results.

Customer database preparing and visiting them properly.

  • Sales budget preparing and tracking.

  • Sales target achieving.

  • Identify sales opportunities within the corporate sector and Enterprise sector through direct prospecting, lead follow-up and building relations.

  • Create account plans with detailed strategies to drive new sales to prospective customers.

  • Understand the sales budget processes, follow legislation to understand upcoming Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and document/detail specific requirements where possible for the benefit of the organization.

  • Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation and close.

  • Develop and negotiate enterprise-level proposals and contracts with prospective corporate clients.

  • Develop effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and balanced growth.

  • Develop relationships in new and existing customers and demonstrate to drive strategy through organization.

  • Use and collaborate with support organizations including Marketing, inside sales, Partners and channels to funnel pipeline into the assigned target.

  • Create software documentation after a thorough collaboration with subject matter experts and technical staffs.
