• Hardware & Networking certification

• Cyber Security / ISO 27001 awareness training

Context: Catalyst Solutions, a multinational company serving Fortune 500 clients in the USA and Canada, is hiring IT Associates to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and IT operations 24/7. As a data analytics firm operating under ISO 27001:2022 standards, we seek tech-savvy professionals who are early adopters of new technologies and capable of supporting and improving modern office IT systems.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure uninterrupted 24/7 internet connectivity with procured ISP bandwidth across all offices.

2. Maintain proper functioning of all workstations and enforce internal IT policies.

3. Install, configure, and troubleshoot software, hardware, networks, printers, and scanners.

4. Keep an updated inventory of all electronic devices.

5. Ensure organization-wide data security compliance aligned with ISO 27001:2022 standards.

6. Monitor and maintain IP camera systems for continuous operational visibility.

7. Implement fail-safe measures for all IT equipment.

8. Maintain required documentation, including checklists, maintenance logs, incident reports

9. Learn and adopt new technologies to improve IT infrastructure aligned with global offices.

10. Support IT recruitment activities when required.

11. Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth operations across locations.

12. Manage and maintain all electrically operated office equipment.
